Kalibobo Spirit is Papua New Guinea's ultimate private charter vessel. Based in Madang, Kalibobo Spirit offers unique, personalised luxury day and extended charters, backed by Melanesian Tourism Services 40 years of experience as PNG's leading tourism and charter operator. The beautiful 30m luxury motor yacht was built in New Zealand, in 2004 and refitted in Cairns in late 2007, commencing operations in PNG waters in 2008. The vessel comprises of four decks that include 10 cabins and staterooms with ensuites. On day cruises in sheltered waters we can carry up to 100 guests. There is a separate dining room and lounge with cocktail bar, and plenty of covered deck space on three decks.

In 2011 and 2012 apart from charter dates available, we have scheduled several special expeditionary cruises to the Sepik River and the dates of these cruises are published on this website.
For those who want the added facility of fishing, the 36' Steber Sau Dazas (Big Marlin) is available for charter with the Kalibobo or seperately. Sau Dazas is air conditioned, can accommodate 4 persons and is fully equipped with small and big game equipment with experienced crew,
